Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SECEAD! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are fulfilled through our U.S.-based supplier and shipped directly from their warehouse.

Delivery Time Standard shipping takes 10–15 Business Days after your order has been processed and shipped. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

International Orders For international shipments, delivery times may vary. Please allow 10–15 Business Days for delivery, depending on customs processing in your country. Additional duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@secead.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Supplier Fulfillment Notice SECEAD partners with Trendsi to fulfill orders. Products are shipped directly from supplier warehouses. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays due to supplier processing or carrier availability may occur beyond our control.
