1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. OUR PRODUCTS We make every effort to display accurate product information. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your device. Product descriptions are sourced from our third-party suppliers and may differ slightly from the actual item received. Product listings may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

3. ORDERS Placing an order is an offer to purchase. SECEAD may accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your order is accepted once payment is processed. Review your order carefully before submitting. Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy.

4. PRICES AND BILLING Prices may change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import fees unless stated. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize all charges.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY We ship orders within the United States using trusted carriers. All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery is 10–15 Business Days after shipment. Processing time may add 1–3 additional business days.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, supplier processing times, or events outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

6. THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT SECEAD sources and fulfills products through Trendsi, a third-party dropshipping supplier. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Products are shipped directly from Trendsi's warehouses
  • Delivery timelines depend on Trendsi's processing and carrier schedules
  • Minor variations in product color, size, or packaging may occur due to supplier inventory
  • SECEAD is not liable for supplier-side delays, stock changes, or fulfillment errors, though we will work to resolve any issues on your behalf

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All trademarks, text, images, graphics, and content on the Services are owned by SECEAD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without written permission.

8. OPTIONAL TOOLS We may provide access to third-party tools. These are offered "as is" without warranties. Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS We are not responsible for third-party websites or content. Review their policies before engaging in any transaction.

10. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY SECEAD is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with SECEAD. Shopify is not responsible for any sales, products, or transactions.

11. PRIVACY POLICY Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Shopify's Privacy Policy. Shopify may collect and process certain data to provide the Services.

12. FEEDBACK Any feedback you submit grants SECEAD a perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, and distribute it. You represent that you have rights to all feedback submitted.

13. ERRORS AND INACCURACIES We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order is submitted.

14. PROHIBITED USES You may not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. You may not upload viruses, spam, impersonate others, or attempt to bypass security measures.

17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SECEAD is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or savings.

19. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify SECEAD and Shopify for any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

20. SEVERABILITY If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remain valid.

21. WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SECEAD.

22. ASSIGNMENT You may not assign these Terms without permission. SECEAD may assign them without notice.

23. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SECEAD is headquartered.

24. HEADINGS Headings are for convenience only.
